01How do I order?
Message us on WhatsApp with the kaftan you want (every product button opens the chat pre-filled). Confirm your size, pay, and we start on your order.
02How long is delivery?
10–14 working days, nationwide and worldwide. Whatever timeline we agree in chat is the timeline you get — express production is available when you need it sooner.
03How does bespoke work?
Consult on WhatsApp, get measured (in person at the Lugbe atelier or from home with our guide), and receive a kaftan cut only for you. See the full bespoke process.
04What sizes do you carry?

05What payments do you accept?
Paystack, Flutterwave, bank transfer, Visa, Mastercard and Verve.
06Can I return or exchange?
Message us on WhatsApp and we'll resolve any fit or quality issue directly — a wrong fit on a standard size is exchanged, and bespoke pieces are adjusted until they sit right.
